• 2-Month Classified Plan: $79 per property for 2 months.
• Yearly Plan: $399 per property for 12 months. Special rates are available for multiple properties.

Q: How does 441GO work for vacationers? A: Vacationers can register for FREE on 441GO to view listed properties. They can contact homeowners directly to arrange stays, with no additional fees or commissions charged by 441GO.

Q: Can I just see what’s available around the world without signing up or making a commitment? A: Absolutely. Properties will be changing regularly based on new ads being posted. You can click “check availability” on our home page and it will show you all the Bermuda homes around the globe!

Q: Are there any additional fees or commissions for using 441GO? A: No, 441GO does not charge any transactional rental fees or commissions. Homeowners pay a listing fee, and vacationers can view and book properties without any charges from 441GO.

Q: How do I register as a homeowner or vacationer? A: To register, visit the registration page on 441GO's website. Registration is free, and there is no charge to view homes as a vacationer.

Q: Can an owner list multiple properties? A: Yes, one owner can list as many properties as they want. They would pay a classified fee per property. 

Q: What payment methods does 441GO accept? A: 441GO offers two convenient payment methods for property owners listing their properties:

1. Credit Card Payments: You can make a secure payment over the phone by calling us by WhatsApp phone at 441-732-4441.
2. Direct Bank Transfer: Payments can be made directly to 441GO's Butterfield Bank account.

Q: How does 441GO verify that property owners meet the eligibility criteria? A: At 441GO, we take eligibility validation seriously to ensure our platform serves the Bermudian community authentically. When listing a property, owners must confirm that they meet our eligibility criteria by checking a box during registration. While the registration process primarily relies on the property owner's confirmation, 441GO reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary. If a property owner is found to have falsely claimed eligibility as a Bermuda connection, 441GO reserves the right to remove the listing and block access to their account.

A: 441GO is a classified ad site connecting Bermudian vacationers with Bermudian property owners who are posting rental accommodations. 441GO is not involved in managing bookings, rental agreements, or any transactions between the vacationer and home owner.
