Unit is 3bedroom and 3 full bath with a modern kitchen and open floor plan and sauna. Highly sought after Wintergreen Complex located RIGHT across from Blue Mtn Village entrance. This unit is currently booked for the ski season, but is an AMAZING summer location for kids and families with plenty of outdoor fun options. Two mtn bikes are available on request for an additional fee.
Approx 1.5 hours from Pearson Airport. Excellent location for hiking, biking and golf in the summer or fall and skiing in the Winter.
2 car spots. Two adult mountain bikes available for nominal fee.
Minimum 1 week rental. Price includes a standard cleaning fee.No pets

JULY 2025 A.H.(verified review) 5 stars:Truly a wonderful getaway with @441gotravel in Blue Mountains!Beautiful two-level home in great condition with all amenities (sauna, BBQ, WiFi, laundry, full kitchen), close walking distance to the Village and all the great attractions on offer for a great summer vacation. We played, swam, hiked, climbed, gondola'd up the mountain, ate, drank, threw axes @axedthrowing, listened to live music and explored beautiful nearby Collingwood - all while feeling extremely safe. This is a highly recommended getaway destination -easy flight to Toronto and less than a 2 hour drive north. Happy to discuss, - a great experience that we will do again (as we didn't nearly do everything on offer - golf, tennis, arcade, zip-lining)! Great for families or just adults.
