The lake below has swimming areas and a beach along with the ability to fish. A spectacular  sixty foot deck,  facing south, allows you to see the sunrise over Mt Kearsage and set over the  mountains near Sunapee.

 From Logan Boston, it is a hour and forty five minute drive north on 93N then 89N at Concorde.

 The house features: 4 bedrooms (5 beds), 3 bathrooms, laundry, large kitchen with breakfast room, den, a large living room and dining area with high ceilings and a 15 ft fireplace faced in river rock. There is a relaxing book library and video library, pool table, video game console, dart board and numerous smart televisions, Cable and 300mb fiberwire internet.

This property is one of six properties that form a Home Owners Association and it is important to respect the members privacy and desire for tranquility!  This is why we discourage parties and loud music while guests are there.

The Flying Goose-a restaurant specializing in craft beer-is a few minutes away, and more quaint eateries in the town of New London, five minutes further.

There are many antique and vintage stores within 20 minutes. Quechee Gorge and the shops around it are an interesting trip 30 mins north into Vermont.

Further to the west lies the beautiful town of Woodstock, well worth a visit. Lebanon, NH has dozens of outlet stores for the shoppers!

If you are interested in hiking the woods, we have various trails through the endless acres of wood, most mapped for the energetic. Many animals can be seen such as deer, possums, squirrels, turkeys, moose and abundant birdlife.

This area of New Hampshire has had a tradition of Bermudian home owners going back 50 years or more!

There is no tax on goods purchased which is always welcome for Bermudians who like to find those items on their shopping list!  You will find the people very quiet and polite, reminiscent of Bermuda many decades ago, in their manner and kindness toward each other.

The view from Highpointe over the lake and down the valleys is about 15 miles or more. You will experience a quietness at night as never before!
